I can confidently say that starting training with Katie has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. The positive impact the training sessions have had on my general well-being are sky high. That is including a large improvement in my mental, physical, emotional health and confidence. Katie is a total all rounder trainer !! I’m no twiggy so putting the old spanks on and heading to the gym was confronting and might I add humiliating!! – I found the biggest t-shirt I could find and the darkest corner to hide away in at the gym and at no time was I ever made to feel silly about my body shame ! Katie extended nothing but compassion , understanding and a can do attitude that had me eventually step out of the shadows and get on with my road back to self respect ! Being a trained nutritionist she’s been able to help me heal a body that’s been through a massive op with a sustainable individual food plan that works just for me! I’ve been training with Katie for over 6 months now ..although my trek has been tough I always leave my sessions feeling grateful that Katie was assigned to my life by some smart angel somewhere!!

If anyone were to ask me today who would you recommend as Nutritionist only one name would come out from me Katie Parsons! I reached out to Katie Back in Jan 2019 at this time of the year being a new year I was at my lowest point, not knowing what to do as I felt so down with myself being overweight so reaching out to Katie was a different level for me as I didn’t have the confidence to do so as I’ve never reached to a nutritionist ever before. Katie responded and from there we talked via emails/ Facebook messenger and we both worked out a plan that worked for me. Katie’s Meal Plan programming is one of kind the meals on offer aren’t your ordinary meal plans like the basic stuff yah know? The plans are designed for you! Food you enjoy! Katie does all the planning so literally all you need to do as a client is put in the work but of course 80/20 80% diet and the other 20% your training. I did all this and had Katie’s guidance throughout all my programs with her. My first program with her had me drop my Weight rapidly. Being with her for 9months I dropped a total of 58kgs within the 9month following different plans from her. So to anyone out there looking- for a Nutritionist- I highly recommend Katie Parsons! She’s the one for you! And will be there every step of your journey ❤️

Katie wrote me a personalised nutrition plan to compliment my training. My body had hit a plateau and with the tweaks and changes Katie gave me, I was able to drop further body fat and really lean out my body. I have a long history of injuries with two shoulder surgeries, a bulging disc and other minor ones. During lockdown I wasn’t feeling great about my eating and exercise, so I went to Katie for help. She created a custom nutrition and training plan that took into account all aspects of my lifestyle (like eating vegetarian, and my hatred of breakfast!!). The nutrition plan is so easy to follow and not restrictive at all, and understanding my macros has been such a game changer. In the past I’ve struggled with yo-yo dieting and doing either far too much exercise or not enough. I finally feel like I have a mindset about nutrition and training which is sustainable and that I enjoy. I love that I don’t have to go to the gym 5 times a week, and instead do a mix of HIIT and pilates 2-3x per week which fits in with my busy lifestyle. 4 months later I am 5kg down and feeling so amazing, all thanks to Katie – I can’t recommend her enough!!
